WE ARE STAYING!

A MOMENT IN TIME STUDIO IS STAYING!! 
At least for a while. The property we were trying to get for the new studio has not worked out so until we can find another, we will continue to work here. We have taken this studio off the market so if you see the signs are gone, it is not sold. Just no longer for sale.

No matter where we are, we will always strive to create for you the best, most professional portraits you can get.   

We will be making some changes in the studio so we will be altering our hours for winter but will still be happy to schedule sessions as needed. 

While the past few months have been hectic, I trust that God is leading to what He has planned for us, which is and always has been His best. I am excited to see where He is leading and what He has planned.

We look forward to serving you. 

Phones are back up

THE PHONES ARE BACK UP AND OPERATING.
Thank you to friends who let us know the studio phone number had been disconnected.  We had the phone number that was our dedicated fax number disconnected because we never use it any more and they accidentally disconnected the studio line, too.  We are OK now.  I wondered why the phones suddenly got so quiet.  LOL

My Treasures

This past weekend, I was looking through some of the portraits I have done of my family.
I have so many images that remind me of the wonderful people in my life and the awesome fun we have had together.  Each one is a reminder of the love we share.   I would  never trade one of them for anything in this world.

This image of me and my brothers, Steven and Kevin, is one of my absolute favorites.  It was taken in 2012 at Steven's last Thanksgiving with us.  I had set up the studio and told all 35 family members that they could not leave until I had taken a picture of us all together.  Then I broke the groups down for individual pictures.  One of the last pictures was of the three of us.  My daughter, Jama, took this for me.

It is so us.  Do I look at this on my shelf everyday?  You bet.  Do I love it?  You have no idea.  Would I trade is for anything in this world?  Never.  Am I forever thankful I made them be here and sit still long enough to take it?  It makes my heart hurt to think the chance might have slipped by and I would not have this.

IT'S TIME FOR OUR CHRISTMAS SPECIAL!!

I am so excited about the backgrounds for this year's Christmas Special! The blue set would be awesome if you have a little "Elsa" at home. It also works wonderfully for families or groups, especially for whites, blues, jeans, grey, brown and black. Thank you to Haylie, Lillie and Coty for being my models for this one! I finished the Christmas tree lot set too late (midnight) to make anyone come to model, so all you get of this one is a picture of the set. This one is perfect for sweaters, coats, scarves, mittens and hats! And, obviously, it will work for ALL colors. Schedule now! I can't wait to see you. Sessions are filling up. Nov. 13, 14 and 15. VICTORIA'S 3 WEEK OLD SESSION

Sweet little Victoria, or Tori to those close to her, is just adorable.  She was bright eyed and wanted to see everything that was going on during her session.  Her big brother, Jackson, was so good and patient while we were working with her.  He would come over frequently to check things out.  And he is so polite.  What a fun session.

LAUREN - Pickerington Central HS Class of 2014

Yes, I know!! I am way behind in my posting. We have been so doggone busy, but I am trying to catch up a little with Lauren' images! Is she amazingly gorgeous or what!!!! Thank you Lauren for letting A Moment In Time Studio be your senior picture photographer!!  I know you had a bit of a drive to get here but your images make it all worth it.  You and your Momma were a pleasure.

LANDON'S 10 DAY OLD SESSION

Kristen and Jesse brought Landon in for his first session at 10 days old.  What a precious, precious baby boy.  He had that perfect baby smell and liked to be cuddled.  My grandbabies are too big to sit and hold now so I took full advantage of the snuggle time.

TODAY IS NATIONAL DRESS YOUR PET DAY!

Today is National Dress Your Pet Day!  Who knew?  We have lots of people bring their pets in for portrait sessions with them and for their pets alone.  I really love when they come with them in outfits.  So far, dogs only, but who knows.

TEA ANYONE???

 Where has a year gone?  The first picture is Eisley at 3 months old. That seems like just yesterday.   The next is 6 months old and then the third is 9 months old.   Finally, the last one is her tea party to celebrate her First Birthday!!!  Our Baby's First Year program captures all those changes that happen so quickly.  It is amazing to "watch" Eisley grow.  Happy Birthday, Sweet Baby.

KAITLYN - Westfall Hs Class of 2014

Kaitlyn has gorgeous eyes! She sure make her session easy to do!  She chose solid color outfits which really kept the attention in those eyes.  Sure did not make it easy for her mom to make her selections!

JENA'S MATERNITY SESSION Oct. 2013

Jena and Richard are sooooo excited and anxious to meet Baby Noah.  His room is all decorated and done in Disney.  All his shower gifts are clean and put away. I believe Jena said her suitcase is packed.  Everything is in place and all they are waiting for is for Noah to make up his mind about his birthday.  Jena and Richard are ready any time.  

Congratulations to the family and thank you so much for allowing me the privilege of photographing you maternity session.  I cannot wait to meet Noah myself.  I believe snuggles are in order.

KRISTAN - GCHS Class of 2014

EISLEY - 9 MONTH SESSION

 How adorable is Eisley!!  She is getting so big and independent.  In my mind, she is still the teeny, tiny newborn we did when she was just days old.  She is so much fun!

Takes my breath away....

Sunday evening, Tim and Tracy Weethee Burleson invited me out for dinner. After, we went down to the pond to do more planning for the rehearsal dinner. Tom and Beth Burleson came down and we were sitting talking when God painted the sky with the most amazing sunset. I am constantly in awe of His power and His goodness. Thank you, Lord, for another reminder of Your presence.
